Incident Response has decided to shut down Milwaukee Fire Wire effective February 14th as the company’s top-to-bottom realignment continues.
Milwaukee Fire Wire was founded in 2016 by two Milwaukee-area teenagers to cover the fire service in Wisconsin’s largest city. Incident Response acquired the outlet in 2019.
In late 2020, the company failed to acquire Chicago Fire Wire from Wisconsin firefighter Eric Straus.
